Table Mountain is quite an extensive 25 to 50 metre high, south west facing, dolerite cliff  at 1000 metres to the north of Bothwell. The cliff is visible to the west when driving up the midlands highway.  Access by driving north from Bothwell for about 10 km on the Interlaken Road and parking at a locked gate on the right after the last house. Its best to bike to the crag as its about 7km. Follow logging roads north east to below the steep section of the slope below the cliff, leave the bikes and walk up a steep 4WD track to  below the centre of the cliffs. From here traverse right over scree to the right side of the cliff wher two bolted climbs will be found. The rightmost is still a project. It takes about an hour to get to the cliff but its an easy 10 minute walk and 15 minute roll back to the car.
